  • Make an offer that you believe will bring in consumers to your business. Choose the start and end time of the offer and how many people you are open to claiming the offer.
  • Save it and that’s it – your offer instantly appears on the Kojji platform.

3. Offers that enhance your business

  • Consumers will see your offer and if they are interested will claim it. The system will automatically send a booking notification, as long as it falls within the offer criteria.
  • The consumer will then turn up with a booking number and the rest of the transaction is as you would do normally.
  • Please stick to the offer made to avoid any unsatisfied consumers.

4. Making the best of Kojji

  • Kojji is a real-time app that has two ways of connecting you with the consumer.
  • You can make as many offers as you wish, in a day. The last 20 offers you made are saved for you to edit, and repost, if you so choose.

5. Talk to Kojji

  • With Talk to Kojji, consumers may request an offer, if they do not find what they are looking for.
  • Keep a look out for your notifications. When a request comes through Talk to Kojji, see if the request is something that works for your business.
  • If you think you want to make an offer then do it as quickly as possible. If the consumer likes your offer, they will claim it and get the relevant booking number.
