1. The Terms & Conditions mentioned hereby apply to any services (‘services’) provided by Kojji (‘we’ or ‘us’) to the user of the services (‘you’), whether the services are provided via the Kojji app (‘App’) or by any other means.
    • To claim an offer, you must arrive at the agreed time by the Seller.
    • Claims, as described by the Seller, must be clarified.
    • Claims may apply along with any “in-house offers” such as fixed menus or lunch deals which do not require a voucher or code to be presented and does not rely on your personal details, memberships or associations.
    • Claims do not apply in addition to any “personal offers” which need any identity card, voucher or code or which depends on your personal characteristics, memberships or associations like student discounts, senior discounts, dining cards etc.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, we and our subscribers are the owners of any materials published or used in the services from time to time. Such materials may include logos, designs, graphics, videos, images, software and other contents. We may transfer these rights to another party at any time without any prior permission or notice.   4. You may not share or transfer your agreement with us to any other party or person.
  5. You can download the App for free and use the Services and claim offers or make requests for offers.
  6. Any app store, that you may download the app from, may have its own terms and conditions.
  7. There may be times when you may be able to use the Services to reserve online offers (“offers”) of listed participating sellers. These offers are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned.

You confirm that you are the identified user of any such social networking account and that you are entitled to disclose your account login information to us. You authorize us to collect your authentication information, and other information that may be available on or through your social networking account consistent with your applicable settings and instructions.

    • create or operate more than one account;
    • give any fake or misleading information in your account details;s
    • allow another person to use your account (whether or not they are acting on your behalf); or
    • use the Services if we have suspended or banned you from using the Services.
  10. You may use the account to see the Seller(s) offers available and claim offers. You may also request for offers for your business and otherwise to make use of our Services. Note: We should not be held responsible for the goods or services provided by our participating Sellers.
  11. We give you permission to create and use the account. In case your account remains inactive for 12 months, then Kojji has the right to delete your account. Please do read our privacy policy carefully for information about how we use and protect personal data.

  13. You are requested to keep your account details and password private. If you think someone may have accessed your account, inform us immediately at info@kojji.com and change your password instantly.
  14. You agree that you will not promote, reproduce, sell or re-sell any voucher to any other party whatsoever and that you will only use the voucher for the goods and services it was intended to be used for and in accordance with the terms of the voucher.
  15. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Services operational. However, certain technical difficulties or maintenance may, from time to time, result in temporary disturbances. We reserve the right, periodically and at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the Services, with or without notice, all without liability to you for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the service or any of its functions or features thereof. We have no obligation to maintain, support, upgrade, or update the App or the Services, or to provide all or any specific content through via our Services.

Please note that your use of such third party services will be governed and administered by the terms of service and privacy policy applicable to the third party. We do not screen or investigate third party material before or after including it on our Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in, any portion of the content accessible via our Services. Where appropriate, we may in our sole discretion and without any obligation, verify any updates, modifications, or changes to any content accessible via our Services, but shall not be liable for any delay or inaccuracies related to such updates.   18. We cannot accept liability for losses not caused by a breach of these terms by us or our negligence. The actions or inactions of any participating Sellers or other Kojji users inaccurate information made available via our Network services failures.
  19. We cannot accept responsibility for failures, loss or damage resulting from your use of our Services apart from as given below.
  20. We will make reasonable endeavours to ensure that participating Sellers are of a high standard but we accept no responsibility. We hold no liability to you if the goods and services provided by the Seller do not meet your requirements or you find them unsatisfactory in some way and your right of action or claim will be against the participating Seller.
